Actors need headshots for all looks. An actress want to have some shots with their hair curly and flat ironed sleek and smooth, makeup natural and dramatic! An actor may want both shaven and unshaven looks. Most headshot session are about 2 hours long. As a photographer it seems to me that two hours the most productive amount of time for an actor to shoot: lets face it, it’s tiring! This no pressure approach gives you time to relax into your session and not worry “if you are going to get it all in!” It also gives us more time to work as a team to develop maybe some more specialized looks that you’ve been wanting to expand your portfolio.
Until now the only solution we had was to shoot longer and stop to shave or change hair and makeup, until NOW! I decided to get the best range of looks for the working actor it was vital to provide a split session, or essentially two full sessions with 10 days of each other.
The session fee for the new, WORKING ACTOR package is $600.

John came to me twice to get two seperate looks: Clean-cut and unshaven. Here are some examples of what we accomplishes on two separate days. The looks are dynamic and different. John was looking for theatrical shots, I believe we got some great stuff, and threw in some great whimsical stuff too!
Like anything we have a few simple rules you have to follow. Here they go, but it keeps things fair for everyone!
